New Construction Designs​

• Initial meeting: During the first meeting we will discuss your needs for space and budget.​

• What to Bring?

  • Pictures of homes you want the finished product to resemble.

  • Floor plans that you like so we can discuss what elements you like. I will often integrate elements of several floors plans into one plan.

• ​Deposit: A 50% deposit will be required to begin the design process. Most plans cost between $0.70 and $0.90 per square foot of heated area, however larger more complex designs can cost more.

• Preliminary Plans: After the first phase of the design process you will be emailed several exterior 3D images of the plan along with floor plans. Most rooms will be labeled and sized on the floor plan. Click here to see a typical preliminary plan

• Modifications: After you review the preliminary plans we can arrange a meeting or phone call to go over whatever changes you require. Some times changes are so minimal that clients will email their modification requests.

• Final Documents: Once you are satisfied with the design and are ready to complete the plans, a final payment will be required and your final documents will be completed, usually within two to three weeks. A pdf of your plan file will be emailed to you once your plans are completed.​
