Home Plans

I’m sure you have also experienced the difficulty of trying to interpret plans, particularly foundation plans, for homes designed in areas of the country using construction methods that differ from those we use here. My plans are designed with ease of construction, readily available materials, and local building practices in mind. I can design the home with a monolithic slab, raised block and fill slab or a crawl space. Grade beams and foundation sills will be located under load walls and point load locations. Crawl space plans will have piers under all major point loads.
