Steve Cox has been a trusted leader in custom home plans and building in Southwest Georgia since 1989.  Prior to his move to Georgia , Steve operated his own business in St. Petersburg, Florida.  In 1989, Steve took advantage of an opportunity to work for a local construction company. In 1994, he realized Southwest Georgia was a great place to raise a family and pursue his career.  He settled in Dougherty County with his wife, Leigh, and started his own construction business. Over the past fifteen years, Steve has been able to help dozens of families realize their own dreams of building and modernizing their homes.

Formally educated in drafting and design at St. Petersburg Technical College, Steve has spent many years honing and perfecting his design style. Having built dozens of homes and completed numerous renovations, Steve’s construction experience has made a significant impact on his home plans and designs. In fact, with this experience Steve has successfully designed countless custom homes and remodel plans.

Using 3D CAD software allows Steve to meet customer needs, reduce cost, and increase productivity.  Simply put, Steve is able to share his visions with you more cost and time efficiently. Most plans can be custom designed for nearly the same cost of ordering a pre-designed plan online.
